I’m neither a man of style nor grace. I’ll give you the short version of my life story for now because I tend rant and if you get to know or have known me for any length of time you will have probably already heard all my best stories twice anyway.

Born in California as an Air Force brat, moved to Texas some years later, got a little brother, went to Germany at age five, few years later went to Myrtle Beach SC., few years later Panama City Fl. Got into computers at age twelve with my Commodore Vic 20. It came with no software so I wound up tapping and pecking the code out of Compute magazine and picked up what they were doing. Was robed from a B in Algebra when the teacher said she would give a B to any one in the class that could predict how long it would take her computer (a Vic 20) to count to 1 million. I wrote the program to count 1 million and tell me exactly how long it took. I was a shoe in. But her computer took 3 hours more then mine did. Turns out she was printing a new line for each count where I was simply printing on the same line. And didn’t get the B but my program was better.

See what I was saying about ranting. So then the teens; I discovered cars, rock and roll, booze, and women. Don’t remember a lot about that. Went to college and got degree as a EET after busting my ass in the Florida heat for five bucks an hour for my dad’s home repair business so that I could get a job for five dollars an hour in the air conditioning. Opened up a custom built computers business with my brother. Then decided trying to keep up with the government and bartering system common to the good folk of Panama City wasn’t going to cut it. Moved up to Atlanta and started work as a contractor at MCI. I left to go do some brilliant things at Grizzard Inc, had to get a sense of worth again. Filled up on the sense of worth thing and went for some more duckets, so came back to MCI as an employee (had become WorldCom during the time I was gone) and watched the worlds second largest long distant company and the worlds largest digital telecommunication company become the largest bankrupt company in history and its "finest employees" become the worlds biggest asses (no one I worked with of course). You can read the report on what went wrong here: Worldcom Report. See how they did it and how you got suckerd here. <WCom: The Symbol Of What Went Wrong>  . Currently I’m looking for that sense of worth again.

Ok, well that’s pretty much my life in less then 500 words. Hell I still got one word left. I think I will save it for later.
